Johanna Maria Kajaste heads our dispute resolution team and advises domestic as well as international clients in disputes related to, among the other things, contract law, tort law and other liability issues. She also represents our clients in versatile public procurement assignments as well as in the Market Court proceedings. In addition Johanna Maria has represented numerous clients in disputes regarding construction contracts, sales of real estate and other real estate projects.
Prior to joining Kalliolaw in 2020 she gained nearly 15 years’ experience as a litigator in two other major business law firms.
