First Weeks at Kalliolaw – Meet Our New Junior Trainee

Starting a new job always comes with a mix of excitement, learning, and plenty of new faces. We caught up with Alexander Chakhovich after the first couple of weeks to hear how things have been going so far.

How have your first weeks been?

Great! The tasks have been engaging, and I already feel that my contribution is helping ensure that assignments are carried out successfully.

What has surprised you most?

The variety of the tasks. Many of them also allow me to be creative.

What have you enjoyed the most so far?

Getting to know my colleagues and the company operations. Among my tasks, I have found various information retrieval assignments particularly interesting.

What has been the biggest learning experience during these first weeks?

Initiative is important when solving tasks and that help is always available from colleagues when you ask for it.

What are you looking forward to next?

Expanding my legal knowledge. This position also offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the work involved in different assignments and areas of law.

Coffee, tea, or energy drinks?

I don’t drink any of those, but I’ve become familiar with the coffee machine.
