Lassi specializes in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of IP and technology. He advises clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, as well as on issues concerning intellectual property, privacy, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. He also represents our clients in commercial disputes before arbitral tribunals and Finnish courts.

Lassi has extensive experience working with companies in the ICT, life sciences, and engineering & manufacturing sectors. He has expertise in matters concerning, for example, international sale of goods and services, licensing, distribution, and product development.

Lassi is also a skilled negotiator with a proven track record of successfully negotiating commercial contracts and resolving disputes through strategic negotiations, achieving mutually beneficial agreements. Since the beginning of his legal career, he has been directly involved in negotiating a wide range of agreements, gaining extensive hands-on experience in complex negotiations.

Before joining Kalliolaw, Lassi served as an in-house counsel for internationally operating technology and manufacturing companies, gaining invaluable industry insight and practical experience especially in contract negotiations. His approach is pragmatic and business-oriented, ensuring clients receive legal solutions tailored to their strategic goals.
