A new title, new experiences, and perhaps slightly more coffee consumption.

We caught up with Siiri after the first week in the role of Associate Trainee to hear how things have been going so far.

How has the new role felt?
Really exciting. I’ve already had the chance to get more involved in different matters and see things from a broader perspective.

What has been the biggest change?
Definitely getting more ownership in my work. It’s both motivating and really interesting to take on more responsibility.

What have you enjoyed most so far?
The variety. Every day is different, and I feel like I’ve learned a lot in a short amount of time.

Has anything surprised you?
How quickly you continue learning through hands-on experience — and how supportive everyone is when new situations come up.

Best advice for future trainees?
Ask questions, stay curious, and don’t stress about knowing everything immediately.

And finally — how would your colleagues describe you in three words?
Hopefully: calm, curious, and reliable.
