As part of the transaction, Palsatech’s current management and key personnel remain as minority shareholders, ensuring continuity in leadership and day-to-day operations. The company’s business, personnel, and customer relationships will continue as usual. The acquisition strengthens Taratest’s service offering and creates a broader and more comprehensive range of expertise in geotechnical engineering, geology, and environmental services. This enables the group to better serve clients in construction, infrastructure, mining, and mineral exploration projects in Finland and internationally.
