Rupert Resources Ltd raised CAD 51.75 million equity financing
Kalliolaw acted as the Finnish local counsel of Rupert Resources Ltd and its Finnish subsidiaries in its equity financing, where the company raised a total of CAD 51.75 million.
The financing comprised of a bought deal equity offering where a group of underwrites acquired 11.5 million common shares in the company at a price of CAD 4.50 per share, with their over-allotment option exercised in full. The proceeds from the offering will be used for on-going exploration expenditures as well as technical and environmental studies on the company’s properties in Finland.
