The 180 companies selected for the Kasvupolku® program are a strong indication of the growth potential and ambition within Finland’s SME sector. Throughout the sparring program, the companies are challenged and supported by experienced professionals who bring fresh perspectives and expertise from outside their day-to-day business environment.

Kalliolaw is participating as a Kasvupolku partner to support Finnish companies and help enable the program’s free-of-charge sparring opportunities.

Kalliolaw supports companies at different stages of growth by providing practical, business-oriented legal advice. We assist companies in matters related to commercial agreements, financing rounds, corporate transactions, and the legal aspects of growth and international expansion. Our goal is to act as a genuine long-term partner and support sustainable business growth.

The Kasvupolku jury selected the participating companies based on applications and evaluated them according to criteria such as market potential, growth capability, team strength, and track record. The jury also emphasized diversity in its selections, aiming to offer sparring opportunities to a broad range of Finnish SMEs. Particular value was placed on companies that openly express their growth ambitions and demonstrate an understanding of their growth bottlenecks and development needs.

KASVUPOLKU – A NEW DIRECTION FOR GROWTH

Kasvupolku is a free sparring program that provides companies with tailored mentoring, valuable networks, and collaboration opportunities designed to accelerate growth. In addition to business development opportunities, participants also compete for recognition: one company from the program will be selected as the Growth Company of the Year at the Kasvu Open Carnival in Jyväskylä on 28 October 2026.
