We successfully represented Helsingin Kaupunkitilat Oy, owned by the City of Helsinki, in lease disputes related to the closure of the Tukkutori Cold Storage facility.
Several tenants challenged the termination of their lease agreements as unreasonable and filed claims. Most disputes were resolved amicably without court proceedings. One case proceeded to the District Court of Helsinki, which found the termination reasonable and dismissed the claim. The Court of Appeal did not grant leave to appeal.
