Rupert Resources Ltd raises CAD 28.8 million in funding

We advised Rupert Resources Ltd and its Finnish subsidiaries in the Finnish law aspects of its equity financings, raising a total of C$ 28,749,906. The financing comprised of a bought deal equity offering of 8,030,700 common shares in the capital of Rupert Resources Ltd issued at a price of C$3.58 per share, with the underwriters’ over-allotment option exercised in full. The net proceeds the offering will mainly be used for exploration, technical and environmental studies in Finland.
