Practices
Fanni Kuoppamaa is a lawyer specialising in M&A, finance and corporate advisory. She joined Kalliolaw in September 2026, following her graduation. Prior to graduating, Fanni gained extensive experience in business law through trainee positions at major Finnish law firms, as well as in an international EU role focusing on EU competitiveness and the internal market.
Fanni wants to understand client matters in their broader business context and to recognise the significance of individual legal questions in light of the client’s business and objectives. Her analytical and diligent approach, together with a strong commitment to thorough preparation, enables her to develop a clear understanding of complex matters. Fanni quickly absorbs new information and works efficiently also in demanding and fast-paced situations. She is particularly committed to providing clients with clear and practical legal advice that genuinely supports their business and helps them achieve their objectives.
